We are beginning to host live meetings again in both our large and small conference rooms.  Please email to inquire about available dates and times. For groups needing to host a virtual meeting or training, we have limited capacity to host events using Zoom as well.

Conference Rooms

The conference rooms managed by the Governor’s Institute give our industry partners in the substance use disorder, mental health, and developmental disability fields, a space to host small meetings or training in a centralized location at no charge.

In our Opportunity Conference Room we are able to accommodate groups with as many as 50 attendees; however, we have table and chair space for 40. We have a state of the art system installed including an 80” monitor for  presentations, a 180-degree video camera for remote collaboration, in-house Bluetooth connection with speakers throughout, guest WiFi, and more.

In our Spirit Conference Room we are able to accommodate smaller groups with a maximum capacity of 12 attendees. This room has an attached monitor for presentations and a 180-degree camera for remote collaboration.

We are happy to welcome new groups to our conference room within our industry. If you are interested or know of a group that could utilize our space please send them our information.
