Request for Continuing ED Scholarship

The Governor’s Institute, through the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Use Services, will fund limited and approved requests for continuing education in an effort to further enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities of treatment providers for individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders.  Funds must be utilized in accordance with state policies and directed to the entity that is responsible for coursework delivery. Scholarship recipients will be chosen based on merit and need, on a first-come, first-served basis.  Individuals with a need for SUD specific credit hours (individuals with a CDAC; LCAS; or CCS) take priority.

Requests over $300 require a letter of recommendation from a current supervisor to be uploaded. You will be notified within 10 business days of acceptance into the Continuing Education Scholarship Program.
